2. SMS & Mobile Communications Terms (TCPA & CTIA)
When you opt into our text messaging service via our web form or estimate request, you agree to the following terms:
- 1:1 Express Consent: You grant prior express written consent to receive customer care and marketing text messages from six20am LLC at the phone number provided. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your service requests and project milestones.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel SMS notifications at any time by texting STOP. You will receive a single confirmation message confirming your removal.
- Customer Support: For help or questions, text HELP to our messaging number or email support@six20am.com.
- Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages.
3. Professional Services & Estimates
All website development proposals, build timelines, and pricing estimates are subject to formal written statements of work signed by both parties.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for completed website deliverables, clients receive full ownership rights to custom source code and unique brand assets as specified in their agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, six20am LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, third-party carrier delays, or browser incompatibilities.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
